What file types should I upload for my LumaBox™ logo? +

PNG, JPG, and SVG all work. Higher-quality images help with cleaner cuts.

Can I upload a transparent image for my LumaBox™ logo? +

Yes. Transparent-background images (like PNG files) work perfectly and are preferred. If your logo has cutout areas or transparent sections, they stay transparent in the file you upload — which helps me see exactly where the light should shine.

Can my logo be any shape? +

Yes. The logo cutout can be any shape. Only the box shape has limitations.

What counts as a custom box shape? +

Simple silhouettes only — angled tops, house shapes, badge-like corners. No circles or complex curves.

Can I talk to you about a custom shape before I order...or other questions? +

Yes. You can contact me before or after checkout with your idea or other questions. You can also send me your phone number from the Contact form and I will call you directly.

How long does it take to build a sign? +

Each sign is hand-built to order. The current build time is 6–8 weeks.

Do I get to approve the artwork before you build it? +

Yes. I send you a message to confirm the artwork before I start building.

What lighting is included? +

All signs include multicolor LEDs with a remote, plus a diffuser and protective acrylic face.

How does mounting work? +

You can choose Wall/Ceiling (eyelet bolts included) or Stand Mount (fits standard speaker stands).

What's the difference between the sign sizes? +

Mini, Classic, Studio and Premiere vary in footprint (dimensions) and weight. Pick based on your space or setup.

Can I request changes after artwork is approved? +

Changes are allowed only if production hasn't started yet.

Can I add side handles? +

Yes. Side handles are a $15 add-on and are recommended for Studio and Premier sizes.

Can I return my sign? +

Returns aren't accepted because each sign is custom-built. If anything is damaged, I'll take care of it.

What if my sign arrives damaged? +

Message me within 48 hours with photos. I'll repair or rebuild it at no cost.

Do you ship to every place on Earth? +

We try. There are custom limitations and regulatory issues here and there, but we will make sure we can ship to you before we take your money. Or, we'll refund your purchase if an issue arises that prevents shipping to your location.

Is shipping free? +

Yes. Free U.S. shipping is included on all signs. If something unusual affects shipping, I'll reach out first.

Do you offer rush orders? +

Yes. Rush orders are handled manually — contact me to discuss timing and pricing. Our current turnaround is 6-8 weeks.
